About

As a native of southeastern North Carolina, I grew up loving Ocean Ise Beach, regularly visiting the beach with my family, and fishing in the estuaries with my Dad. The personal investments my wife and I have made in the area and the development of our real estate services business have been because of our appreciation of this special place.

After graduating from the University of North Carolina as a distinguished graduate of the Air Force ROTC, I began my military flying career.  As an Air Force pilot, I flew throughout the world, and I received the Distinguished Flying Cross during my tour of duty in Vietnam.  After leaving the military, I was hired by Piedmont Airlines in 1978 which became US Airways in 1989, where I spent 27 years as a commercial pilot, instructor, and manager.

My wife, Pam, a former educator and licensed real estate instructor and I have two grown children, and enjoy living on our family farm about twenty-five minutes from Ocean Isle Beach.  Throughout our life, we have been active real estate investors, developing both commercial and residential projects.  We specialize in resort home”private co-ownership” development and client services for those seeking investments in resort properties, farm and recreation land, or developable tracts.

Our knowledge of the coastal Carolina area, our investment experience, and our individual attention to our clients has helped us to build a successful business of putting our clients’ needs as a priority.
